Morpho godarti

Morpho godarti (Guérin-Méneville, 1844) is a South American tropical butterfly named in honor of French entomologist Jean Baptiste Godart y another French entomologist, Félix Édouard Guérin-Méneville in 1844. The butterfly can be seen in rain forests of Bolivia, Peru, Argentina, Columbia and Equador. Its wingspan is about 14-15 cm.
